God Cares for Me (Little Honey)
Welcome to Day Two.
Yesterday, we learned a beautiful truth:
God is our loving Father.
Today, we are learning what that means for our everyday lives:
God cares for His children.
God is not too busy.
God is not too far away.
God notices what is happening in our hearts.
Because God is our Father, He cares deeply about us.
“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” 1 Peter 5:7
This verse reminds us that God invites us to bring everything to Him.
Nothing we feel is too small or too big for God to care about.
Today’s Truth:
God cares about me.
God cares when you feel happy.
God cares when you feel sad.
God cares when you feel scared or unsure.
God knows what is in your heart, even when you don’t know how to say it.
Because God is your Father, He wants you to talk to Him and trust Him.
Prayer:
Dear God, Thank You for caring about me. Thank You for loving me. Help me remember that You are always with me. Amen.
Simple Activity: Draw a picture of yourself. Next to it, draw a heart to remind you that God cares for you.
Recommended Supplies or Resources: Paper, Crayons
Looking Ahead:
Tomorrow, we will learn how our Heavenly Father provides for His children and gives us what we need each day.
