Week 2 | Day 2 – God Cares for Me (Growing Honey)

Welcome to Day Two.

Yesterday, we learned a beautiful truth:

God is our loving Father.

Today, we are learning what that means for our everyday lives:

God cares for His children.

God is not too busy.

God is not too far away.

God notices what is happening in our hearts.

Because God is our Father, He cares deeply about us.

“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” 1 Peter 5:7

This verse reminds us that God invites us to bring everything to Him.

Nothing we feel is too small or too big for God to care about.

Today’s Truth:

God listens to His children.

God cares about everything that matters to us.

That means we can talk to Him about our joys, our worries, and our questions.

When we pray, we are not talking to someone far away.

We are talking to a Father who listens with love.

God wants us to bring our worries to Him instead of holding them inside.

Prayer:

Dear God, Thank You for listening to me. Help me trust You with my worries and my hopes. Amen.

Activity:

Write one thing you are thankful for and one thing you can give to God in prayer today.
